The recent snowfall did it!!! Local ski resorts are reporting over 700 inches of snowfall this season. Mt. Rose Ski Resort and Sugar Bowl Ski Resort were the first to report surpassing the 700 inch level. As the snow melts in the Spring, there will be some great opportunities for white water rafting on the Truckee River.
